'Shock & Awe' Beach Boot Camp
Wake up for your official weigh-in, followed by light
breakfast - and then it's ON! Trainer Steve will put you through a variety
of boot camp conditioning drills to melt the fat away using a variety of
untraditional fitness tools including 200lb tractor tires, 50lb logs and
30lb jugs.
Diet & Metabolism Education
Steve and Bonnie will enlighten you with valuable
information to help you reach your goals. Understand how your body gets
results and why, learn diet tips, understand how to fuel your body, discover
why most people never get results and how to prevent sabotage.
Cooking Class with the Chef
Choose from the Chef's special low-calorie lunch menu
items and then watch the chef cook your meal. Learn some of the Chef's
secrets and tips to cooking delicious gourmet low-calorie cuisine, including
some of his favorite ingredients found at many grocery stores.
Kickboxing With Steve
Steve will teach you how to punch, jab and kick the fat
right off your body with his high-energy kickboxing and kempo class to the
hottest hits in the Crystal Room. Prepare to sweat, burn and laugh through
this entertaining workout.
Relax and Enjoy
After all that exercise for the body and the brain - you
deserve some rest! After lunch, enjoy some free time on the beach or by the
pool. Or go exploring and shop the boutiques, visit the park and enjoy the
quaint beach town.
Obstacle Course Challenge
Steve and Bonnie take you to their obstacle course at
Longevity Fitness Club & Spa for a fun obstacle course excursion, featuring
the actual obstacle course off the set of Bridal Bootcamp, weight loss
reality TV show on VH1.
Dinner at the Round Table
Steve and Bonnie never stop teaching, even at dinner.
While enjoying your choice of fish, chicken or salad especially prepared by
the Chef for your low-calorie diet, Steve and Bonnie field questions, share
more tips, and continue to inspire their guests to change their lives.
Treadmill Workout Workshop
If you have an old treadmill at home collecting dust or
you travel and all the hotel has is a a few treadmills, then prepare to be
amazed! Steve will teach you how to turn any old treadmill to a full-body
workout and you will never look at a treadmill the same.
Sunrise Yoga
Watch the sunrise over the water while in Warrior One or
Upward Dog. Steve will take you through a challenging yoga class poolside,
teaching you how some of the most basic yoga moves can challenge your entire
body.
Postural Education and Injury
Prevention
Learn how to avoid injury and reduce common back pains
with a few stretches and posture exercises. Learn how to prevent Shin
Splints, Plantar Fasciitis, Sciatica and other popular injuries caused by
tight or weak muscles.
Body Toning and Core
Strengthening
Bonnie and Steve will teach you a variety of body toning
exercises you can do at home or the gym. Whether you use an 8lb gallon of
water or resistance bands - you can get a great workout anywhere and they
will show you how!
