Variety is the name of the game at About Face Boot Camp Retreats. Our workouts are entertaining, creative, challenging and fun. By teaching a large variety of workouts, you will leave with the confidence and knowledge you need to do any  fitness program.

 

Whether you are a fitness buff or just a beginner, everyone will be equally challenged and enlightened. Education is our focus at About Face, so not only will Steve and Bonnie give you the best workouts possible, but they will teach proper form, how far to push yourself, fitness trips and how to make sure your workouts are effective.
